Our Kolkata partners, Harsh Hada with his wife Payal Hada, Dr. Meenu Sareen, Madhav Kejriwal and Yagnesh Bagrodia visited the NGO Chhaya, an animal hospital, successfully managed by Sharda Radhakrishnan, wife of our partner Mr. S. Radhakrishnan. Chhaya aims to provide a safe place for bruised, battered, and broken animals to heal. Situated 22 km away from the city in the village Aswathaberia, the hospital provides shelter and care to 450 dogs.
