Success Story of Tridib – From Phuchkawala’s Son to West Bengal Police Officer
Tridib, the youngest son of a humble phuchkawala from Rajarampur village in the Kulpi block of South 24 Parganas, grew up witnessing his parents struggle selling phuchkas at street intersections to make ends meet. In 2002, when Khelaghar started a new school near their village in Raghunathpur, Tridib’s parents saw an opportunity for their son’s education and a brighter future.
Admitted to Khelaghar, Tridib quickly adapted to the nurturing environment where education and life skills were imparted through play, discipline, and compassion. As he grew, so did his dreams. The foundation of education he received at Khelaghar helped him develop not just academically, but also instilled a sense of discipline and hard work.
Through perseverance and dedication, Tridib steadily climbed the ladder of success, passing numerous stages in his life. Today, he proudly serves the West Bengal Police, stationed in Barrackpore.
