Umeed - SVP India Partnership
SVP began its partnership with UMEED in 2022 with SVP mentors exploring Umeed’s First Leap program. First Leap is a tried and tested model since 2019. This holistic model of making women job ready and empowered has been successfully implemented through 9 cohorts impacting 250 women in the age group of 18-25 years with an average family monthly income ranging between 10-20k.
