SVP will strengthen Udayan’s leadership, strategy, governance, and peer learning. Through leadership development, SVP will mentor second-line and mid-level staff to build management and future leadership skills. Strategic guidance will help refine goals, improve decision-making, and align efforts with measurable impact. Governance support will enhance the Governing Body’s oversight, accountability, and transparency. Finally, peer learning opportunities will enable Udayan to exchange best practices with other NGOs and adopt effective scaling and implementation strategies for greater impact.
