Neeva Foundation is a non-profit organization that works towards empowering women by training them in driving services. The women trained by Neeva Foundation often get placed in TaxShe, a cab service by and for women. These two initiatives together are an attempt to create safer communities and, in the process, help women from underprivileged backgrounds break out of Poverty.

Since its inception in 2016, Neeva Foundation has trained more than 350 women who have gone on to not only take employment at TaxShe and other cab services but also became micro-entrepreneurs by starting their cab service or by teaching driving.
