SVP Mumbai Chapter will support Guruji Education Foundation in building a strong leadership pipeline and strengthening systems through process assessment and benchmarking. The engagement will also focus on resourcing strategies, technology enablement, and support in marketing and communications. Additionally, SVP will work with the organisation to enhance program impact and co-create clear growth strategies with actionable implementation plans.
