Green Communities Foundation - SVP partnership
The SVP partners are engaging with GCF on a weekly basis. They not only serve as a sounding board
but are also taking an active interest in facilitating on-ground activities and connections to potential
partners and donors.
Story of success
While the engagement is relatively new, SVP already has made an important contribution by
introducing GCF to a donor who has started supplying ration for a daily dinner service that we have
launched for over 30 waste workers (Safai Sathis). SVP has also facilitated on-ground introductions
to MCGM officers and dry waste collection centres in D Ward which will serve as a foundation for
further activities.
