Eklavya is a community-led initiative, works with first generation learners to facilitate their successful career transition through accessing world class higher education, and enables them to become role models in their community. Through awareness, exposure, mentoring, coaching while engaging relatable role models Eklavya helped over 750 students to get admission into top notch universities in India and abroad. 300+ of Eklavya alumni have achieved decent jobs in different sectors after their graduation and lifted their families out of poverty by multiplying their income 10 times.
