SVP-Antarang Partnership
Antarang, with its strong focus on assisting youth with employment opportunities, came to SVP with requests for help in technology and student placements. Over the years, the partnership has deepened, and SVP partners have added value in financial planning, fundraising connections and leadership coaching.
Story of success
When SVP started supporting Antarang, they were in a growth stage as far as human resources was concerned. From an organisation built from the founder’s personal passion and supported by a tight-knit circle of friends in the early days, Antarang now needed to bring on professionals to move to the next stage in their journey. Lead Partner Deepak Jayaraman worked with Priya, the Founder, as well as with the second line hires to ensure that the culture of the NGO wasn’t compromised as the team expanded. This investment of time by Deepak has paid off richly, with Antarang now at a team size of 95 with a three-year retention rate of 75%.
