Vision & Mission: To build a safe, healthy and empowered environment for the transgender and MSM (male having sex with male) community in the Delhi NCR region and provide opportunities for them to earn a livelihood and integrate within society.

There are no training centers of skill development for transgender and MSM community where they can learn and get employment. Deepshikha Samiti wants to provide them employment opportunities by providing them training in Vocational Center and want to bring them out of stigma free life.
Providing equal rights, stake and opportunity without any discrimination.
Transgender and MSM community are a marginalized community which faces maximum discrimination and violence and they are still struggling for their identity, this issue motivates us to work for their upliftment.
