Padmanabh Bhartia

Padmanabh is the Director at Fortune Realty, a Kolkata-based real estate development group founded in 1985. Representing the second generation of leadership, he has played an important role in strengthening the group’s presence in Kolkata and Siliguri’s residential and commercial real estate sectors.
An alumnus of La Martiniere and St. Xavier’s College, Mr. Bhartia joined the family business in 1995 and has since diversified the group’s portfolio into the tea industry. His son, Vibhav, joined the family business in 2021 and is actively involved in carrying forward and expanding the family legacy.
On the philanthropy side, Mr. Bhartia actively supports several NGOs in Kolkata and Rajasthan. He strongly believes that collaborative efforts between individuals and institutions can create meaningful and lasting impact for communities.
