SVP Mumbai Chapter will support the organisation in strengthening its operational and technological capabilities. This includes hiring key personnel such as Program Coordinators and a VP–Operations, building tech-enabled registries for blood and plasma donors, and developing a patient management system. The engagement will also focus on improving accounting systems to enable sponsor-specific utilisation reporting, along with strengthening overall governance across HR, procurement, finance, and operations.
