Ankita & Varun Advani

Ankita’s career across education and the startup ecosystem has focused on building and scaling organisations through strategy, partnerships and people operations. Having grown up across four continents, she developed an early appreciation for diverse communities and social impact. She deepened this through volunteering, including work with buildOn in rural villages, and later as a Teach For India Fellow, teaching 9th and 10th grade students. She has also spent over eight years working with early-stage startups in cross-functional roles alongside founders. After a parenting sabbatical, she is now exploring the real estate business through her family’s firm, A Advani Realty.
Her husband, Varun, is a Partner at A Advani Realty and an alumnus of Purdue University and IIM Bangalore. He is interested in fitness and the real estate sector, and is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and CREDAI. Together with their daughter, Ankita and Varun enjoy travelling and exploring new cuisines.
