She has stewarded portfolios exceeding $1B and catalysed over $2B in leveraged public financing, advising governments, multilateral institutions, and philanthropies across Asia, Africa, and the U.S. She is currently engaged with UNICEF’s Regional Office for South Asia, leading a regional transformation and empowerment platform with SAARC Member Nations.
Neelima holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and has completed executive education at Wharton, Kellogg, and CEIBS. She is passionate about inclusive urban resilience, gender equality, and climate-adaptive scalable solutions.
