Kobita Dass

Kobita Dass Kolli is an amateur naturalist who observes and documents the flora and fauna of the Hyderabad region, including its backyards, rocky outcrops, and mixed deciduous forests. She enjoys igniting curiosity and sharing her findings through tree walks, talks, and social media.
For the past 23 years, Kobita and a friend have guided an activity-based gardening and nature awareness class for Class 4 students at Vidyaranya School. She is also an illustrator and previously worked at Titan as a watch designer. Kobita holds a degree in Plant Sciences and Botany, along with an MPhil in Plant Physiology.
