Jahnavi Chitturi

Since 2023, Jahnavi has served as Whole Time Director at Srinivasa Farms, where she has spearheaded people and workforce culture transformation, guiding the organization from a family-run business to a professionally managed enterprise.
Her journey began as co-founder of ‘Top Chop,’ an organization supplying fresh meat products to households. She is also a co-creator of Women Power Foods Pvt. Ltd., a social enterprise dedicated to building technologically advanced, operationally efficient, and sustainable farm-to-fork operations—empowering women through access to education, healthcare, job opportunities, and self-employment.
