Saksham is Ashraya’s Self-Help Group (SHG) initiative that empowers women from marginalized communities to move towards financial independence and social empowerment. The program addresses the deeply rooted barriers that prevent women from working, such as restrictive social norms, safety concerns, family pressures, and lack of access to skills, resources, and opportunities. SVP will support Ashraya in increasing visibility and sales opportunities, while also enabling stronger networking and partnership opportunities.
