Nandini Jain

Nandini is a graduate in Business Management from Symbiosis University. Nandini has over 18 years of cross-functional experience, spanning quality assurance, business process redesign, CMMi-based frameworks, pan-India sales operations, and a brief stint as an educationist. She leads the Board Evaluation Practice at Potentia, where she has led and delivered over 50 board evaluations across a diverse portfolio of companies, including listed entities, financial institutions, and family-owned businesses. Outside of work, Nandini finds joy in the gym and long runs, loves cooking for her friends and family and spending time with her growing boys—her proudest achievements. She believes every day begins better with a workout and ends better with a book.
