Dipika brings over 14 years of experience across global banking and social impact. Her professional journey spans investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, followed by purpose-driven work in gender equity and financial literacy.
At Buzz Women, she has been designing and facilitating programs that help corporate women reimagine their relationship with money – shifting from scarcity to abundance – and leading a seven-month leadership cohort for changemakers in India.
Beyond work, Dipika is an avid reader, passionate about sustainability, and enjoys exploring new cultures through solo travel adventures.
As CEO of SVP – Bengaluru Chapter, Dipika will focus on strengthening the philanthropy ecosystem and deepening collective impact.
