Meenakshi has 30+ years of experience and she helps organizations enhance performance through purpose-driven strategies, culture design, and leadership development. She has led HR, branding, and sales roles at top companies like Reliance, L’Oréal, and The Times Group, before becoming an Independent Consultant in 2015.
Meenakshi is Certified Organisation Development practitioner (IIOD) and Independent Director (IOD) working with corporates and not-for-profit clients specialising in Executive Coaching, Organisational strategy and women’s leadership development. She also mentors young women to empower them for a better future.
