SVP India Towards Future
SVP will support to increase women’s engagement (16+ years) by providing them employable skill development training in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Block – Rajarhat. Capacity building of 2nd line leadership as a part of the organization’s succession plan along with the capacity building of the 2nd line field management team.
Story of success
Boni Basak has been associated with Towards Future since 2012 as a community volunteer. She was a 12th-grade pass at that time. After completing her 12th-grade exams, she had to discontinue her education due to financial reasons. Recognizing her wonderful performance and eagerness to work, TF absorbed her as a full-time staff member in 2013. She completed her BSW with first-class marks and is now pursuing her MSW. She is now one of our key core members.
