To create alternate sources of income for the tribal community in their villages, so that they do not have to migrate to the cities in search of better opportunities.

We have stood our ground despite numerous challenges by focusing on the fundamentals to achieve our goals and hope this organizational strength will continue to help us in our journey.
Two areas that make our solution unique and more impactful are Market Linkage and Partnership with Government.
The success of any livelihood program depends on how well we integrate the project with the market, i.e. connect with local & urban customers. We have adopted both the online and offline route for the same and support the micro businesses for atleast 8-9 months so that they can stabilize their operations.
We work very closely with the government agencies like MSRLM, MAVIM, etc to access their network of SHGs and mobilize the beneficiaries. This ensures that we are tapping into a structured program to select the beneficiaries. This not only gives us access to women with a mindset to succeed, but also builds a level of accountability among them to deliver.
