To empower young people of mountainous communities with the skills, knowledge and tools to solve the most pressing social problems
Youth are the means and end of what we want to achieve – empowered communities where young people lead change towards a more sustainable and equitable society
We are empowering young people towards identifying and solving issues through non violent hyperlocal solutioning in a geography which has seen political unrest for almost half a century and youth are vulnerable to violence, mental health issues and addiction. We have a unique leadership curriculum where young people improve their own self efficacy to be role models for their peers and future generations. We are building our model drawing from best practices within the development sector as a viable alternative to violent methods used in the past.
