In 2016, WinVinaya Foundation, a Charitable Trust was registered with an aim to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), women, and transgender individuals in cutting-edge, future-oriented skills. The organization operates centers in Bangalore and Tirupur.
We cater to 18 out of 21 recognized disability categories .. We have trained 1200+ beneficiaries who come from 24 states of India and Nepal. To date, we have placed 430+ candidates in various MNCs and MSMEs. The average salary of our placed candidates is double of the average salary of PWDs heloing them lead a life with dignity. 50% of WinVinaya’s employees are PWDs and our trainers are a perfect combination of young and experienced minds.
