As part of the founding and core management team at three startups, Nagraj has been instrumental in building winning teams, devising operational strategies and implementing people processes.
He has always been passionate about enabling social impact, and after 2 decades of corporate experience he has now been working towards bringing grass-root level changes in effective rural education, with a special focus on evangelising Mathematics learning.
Keerthi is a versatile and high-impact business professional with strategic leadership experience in Customer Success, Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. She comes with over two decades of experience in developing and implementing initiatives to streamline processes and solutions to drive talent & business transformation. She is a purpose driven leader who is extremely passionate about building diverse and inclusive teams that influence strong customer and business outcomes.
Keerthi is also an ICF (ACC) certified coach who is invested in developing individuals by inspiring them to unlock their true potential, and empower them to be their best, authentic selves.
