Nidhi Pratapneni

Nidhi has had varied career experiences, with over 25+ years pivoting from consulting to analytics. She has recently taken on leadership roles in HR and corporate affairs across retail, tech and banking industries. She spent her initial years at McKinsey & Co. followed by Chemoil, Personify and Safeway in California. After returning to India in 2008, she has been with Dunnhumby, Dell and then Wells Fargo where her recent role as Head of Public Affairs allowed her to drive the CSR agenda across India and the Philippines and helped enable deep relationships with NGOs operating in the areas of education, healthcare, financial literacy, livelihood and conservation.
Nidhi is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and IIM Calcutta.
She is passionate about facilitating the right ecosystem for the younger generation to find gainful employment and helping them, and women in particular, craft their career journeys.
