Passionate about growth, digital transformation, customer experience and shareholder value creation.
Rajiv has held leadership positions across several companies including Redington Group, Indian Energy Exchange, HP Inc and Microsoft India. He has been a member of the exclusive Global Advisory Boards of technology brands like Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, Lenovo and HP Inc and influenced their global strategy.
A firm believer in giving back to the society, have passionately championed the cause of providing quality and affordable Healthcare and Education for masses through a unique digital solution for which HP India was recognised as Asia’s Greatest CSR Brand by the Indo-Singapore Business and Social Forum. Partnered with the government of Uttar Pradesh to deploy world’s largest social inclusion initiative of providing education solutions to 1.5 million students.
Rajiv was awarded Visionary Leader of The Year in February 2023 by ET Ascent at their 21st Global Business Leader awards for pioneering many innovations over the years. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in July 2023.
Rajiv has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Birla Institute of technology and Science, Pilani and a Diploma in International Business from Helsinki School of Management.
