Ritika is currently the Global Technology Lead for Mercer Marsh Benefits as well as the technology delivery teams in India for Mercer. In a career spanning 24+ years, she has delivered large scale, complex programs in the Financial Services, Banking and Retail industries.
She has been engaged with non-profits in her professional capacity and also enjoys being a mentor to emerging woman leaders worldwide. She is particularly passionate about driving the agenda of Woman in Tech and is delighted to bring that experience to partner with our partner NGOs.
