Yashvardhan Kanoi

Yash is currently the Head of Investments at Alter Global, a venture impact fund based in San Francisco that invests across emerging market startups such as those in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has worked with a Series C fintech lending startup in Singapore/Indonesia, the space of impact investing in Bangalore, and was a consultant with Deloitte in Mumbai/London. Yash graduated from St. Xavier’s College (Economics), along with which he pursued a CFA. He is passionate about personal finance, education, insightful podcasts, and cricket.

On the philanthropic side, he has been involved with Ketto, mentoring the Lighthouse Project in Mumbai, and volunteering with Jagriti Old Age Home. At SVP, Yash is keen to make an impact on the lives of children from underprivileged backgrounds through education, nutrition, livelihood opportunities, and supporting the capacity-building initiatives of the NGOs.
