Ram Manjeri and Anupama Rao

Ram is a seasoned entrepreneur and Sales & Marketing professional with a wealth of experience in the IT Services/Solutions industry spanning over 32 years. Recently, he successfully founded and led a Data/ML company before exiting it. Ram’s philosophy centers on the importance of fostering a positive culture, upholding human values, promoting work-life balance, providing mentorship, and creating a fun-filled work environment. Having lived in 20 cities across 3 continents, he brings a global perspective to his endeavors.

Anupama, the visionary founder of Anthea Montessori, is determined to make Montessori education mainstream. With an AMI Assistant Teacher Certificate and a bachelor’s degree in child psychology, she leads with passion and expertise. In her previous career, Anupama excelled in business development and general administration for various companies in both the USA and India. Anupama was among the 13 trainees chosen for the inaugural women’s batch of pilots in the Indian Air Force back in 1993.
