Rajiv & Mamta Batra

Rajiv Batra , a Chartered Accountant comes with over four decades of experience in Finance and Accounting across India and US. What keeps him busy currently are his board participations and using his domain expertise in mentoring organizations across the country, helping them on their growth journeys’.

Rajiv, very recently retired as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Cummins group of Companies in India, having worked for them for over 16 years, where in the Organization’s growth phase in addition to his Finance responsibilities he was managing Corporate Strategy Government Relations, Facilities as well as certain allied domains. Rajiv was deeply involved with the CSR initiatives of Cummins in India and was personally leading a major multi year project in Phaltan Maharashtra.

Prior to this, he was with Xerox India as CFO for their Indian Operations, later moving to the Corporate HQ of Xerox, USA as Vice President Finance for Developing Markets. During his tenure, Rajiv has built a track record of growing businesses profitably with strong fiscal integrity and with the highest standards of Corporate Governance.

Rajiv and Mamta, his better half are based out of Pune, and their daughter Richa who is a Marketing professional working for a Corporate in Mumbai.
