Manisha Bhattacharya

Manisha has about 25 years of work experience of which she has been with Accenture for 18 years. Her area of work has largely been in the space of Sales Enablement and Operations, with a foray into Talent Management. She currently is a Managing Director – Sales Excellence at Accenture and holds the portfolio of Customer Experience Lead for Growth Markets.

As part of her journey in Accenture, she is also an enthusiastic champion of Inclusion & Diversity. Her areas of impact have included Gender, Persons with Disabilities and Sexuality. Her role as a Business Sponsor for Pride and developing a strong Ally network along with an inclusive work culture got her on the list of Top 50 Global Pride network Ally Executives in 2022.
