Reema Malhotra is an experienced HR and business leader with over 28 years across global organisations such as S&P Global, Nokia, BlackRock, and IHS Markit. She specialises in organisational transformation, talent strategy, and building high-performing teams.
She is also an active Partner with SVP India (Delhi NCR Chapter), where she supports nonprofits on organisation development and scaling impact, and serves on the advisory board of Sampark Foundation. She is currently the EVP of a Global Firm called HireRight
