Moushumi Kuvawala

She is the founder of Moushu’s Pilates, through which she runs Pilates studios in multiple locations in Pune and Mumbai. As a certified Master Instructor through 2 international institutes, she conducts training for those who want to become Pilates instructors. Moushumi is also involved in running multiple drives for various NGOs, spreading awareness of their work to connect more people to the specific needs of the NGOs.
Moushumi’s husband, Moiz, is an engineer and a businessman who owns a manufacturing company. Her daughter, Aaliya, is currently pursuing her education in clinical physiology in Australia and is a fitness enthusiast, a runner, and a national-level swimmer.
