Neelima is Head-HR at Apollo Tyres for the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa. She has worked in HR leadership roles spanning technology, manufacturing, and services companies. Neelima is a Lumina Learning Practitioner with a postgraduate degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Leveraging her experience in the private sector, Neelima is keen to help non-profits by coaching their leaders and assisting them in improving governance.
