Youth4Jobs’s relationship with SVP has evolved over the years and works at multiple levels now. We were among the first cohort of organisations onboarded. This gave us the opportunity to share our challenging but transformational work with youth with disabilities at SVP Forums. SVP Hyderabad has supported us in reflecting on our future, getting a third-party impact report done and funding gaps which other CSR funds hesitate to bridge, like communication requirements.
Story of success
The partnership has stretched to other chapters like SVP Bengaluru, which works as a partner-funder for our college program and SVP Delhi, which is leveraging their networks for this space. We are fortunate to have amazing Partners support us – to mention a few- Ajit Rangnekar, Ram Kaundinya, Mrinalini, Sunita, Sanjiv Sachar, Meher Pudumjee, Sashi Rajamani, Ganesh Natrajan and Govind Iyer. We have no doubt that together, Youth4Jobs’s vision of “taking persons with disability from the vicious cycle of poverty to the virtuous cycle of prosperity” will become a reality.
