SVP-Katalyst Partnership
– SVP introduced Katalyst to the GiveIndia Fundraising Campaign and helped us raise INR 11,38,000/- through their network along with a matching grant from their partner.
– Assisted us in writing impactful funding applications to apply for 4 international grants, and identified an award for which to apply.
– Created awareness of our Google Fundraiser Campaign within their network.
– Provided their valuable input on Katalyst collaterals.
– Helped us get 23 new mentors as part of our mentor outreach initiatives.
– Gave their insight on Katalyst 2.0, the organisation’s future.
Story of success
When a global pandemic pressed pause on the entire world, Katalyst was no exception. It was particularly difficult for our nonprofit to raise funds to empower women when all charity was focused on COVID19 relief.
It was SVP that helped us press play on our fundraising initiatives by introducing us to the GiveIndia 100 Heroes Campaign. They helped us prepare for it, reached out to their network, and their partner gave us a matching grant. In the end, we were able to raise over 28 Lakhs in two months, out of which over 11 Lakhs were raised through the SVP network. For the first time, Katalyst raised such a huge amount through retail fundraising!
