“I feel extremely proud to be a part of SVP International which has more than 40 SVP affiliate organizations in nine countries with over 3400 partners, thus being the largest global network of engaged donors aligning passion and purpose in the world. I see individuals amplify their donated funds with no profit intentions, who yet equip and strengthen our community to tackle our greatest social challenges together.
My SVP journey has been immensely amazing. I am blessed to be a part of this organization which is so systematic and professional in their work approach. It has been a great learning experience for me. I joined SVP to understand the ground challenges & realities faced by NGOs and the needy and provide real-time support and help to them. I find it completely fulfilling here. SVP works with an analytical mind and provides higher vision. I have gained experience and knowledge. I immensely enjoyed the training and interaction sessions. Working with SVP gives me the opportunity to work with likeminded people full of kindness and eager to serve society for a social cause. What can I expect better than this forum, which is so invested in good deeds and the wellbeing of the community?
SVP has a bottom-up approach that makes it different. With an integration of Public, Private and Civil input, it focuses on the inclusion and empowerment of vulnerable groups (i.e.- women, youth, indigenous and traditional communities.
Working closely in this forum is a great endeavour, as here we take advantage of large scale investments to generate and share value with communities at the bottom of the pyramid.
SVP has a vision to build a global movement of partners working in their communities to create a world where all people have the opportunity to lead productive and meaningful lives.
My words are falling short to describe how overwhelmed I feel being here.
I appreciate it and thank God for getting me connected.
As the saying goes – do what you can with what you have, where you are!!
Alone we cannot, but together we can. I would like to be an integral part of this organization for a lifetime to provide as much as I can in collaboration with SVP – to bring a change in society with good work and kind gestures.”
