Sanjiv Sarin

Sanjiv Sarin is the Founder and CEO of Purpledot Consultants. He is a certified Leadership and Business Coach (Marshall Goldsmith and ICF) and empaneled with Development Dimensions International and Centre for Innovation and Development (IISc).
He is a Board Member of NRRS Pvt Ltd and OmAbode Innovation Foundation.
He retired as MD & CEO of Tata Coffee Ltd. He was earlier the Regional President South Asia for Tata Global Beverages. He joined the Tata Group from Cadbury where he held leadership positions across various geographies – Egypt, UK, Philippines (where he was the Country Director).
He has extensive experience in General Management, Sales, Strategy and Marketing.
He did his Masters in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines, graduating with a Distinction and a Masters in Economics from Bombay University, where he graduated at the top of the class and was awarded the University Gold Medal.
He has the honor of being awarded the ‘Triple A’ ’ from the Asian Inst of Management – an award that is the highest recognition for outstanding Alumni.
