Paramita is a solution-driven business leader who has spent more than 20 years working in the Logistics sector in India & Africa. She transitioned into the development sector five years ago and has gained hands-on experience in driving strategic people practices and business plans, bringing best practices into the sector.
Some of her critical strengths nurtured during her work stint for 26 years have been operational & process excellence, process audit & purpose-driven reflection, people management, business development & relationship management.
