M. Venkatram Chowdary & Aishwarya Mandava

M.Venkatram Chowdary is the Managing Director of NSL Groups Textiles and Mandava Holding Private Limited. NSL holds about 16% share in the Hybrid Cotton seed market of India. The group has been working on improving cotton productivity through High-Density Planting which will result in profitability enhancement for farmers.
Among one the activities undertaken by his company as a part of its CSR program is the direct sowing of rice, as a result, farmers have been able to reduce their water usage. He did his Business Management Certification in Finance from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), before joining the NSL group.

Aishwarya holds a Master’s degree in Management. She is currently the Head of the Infra Division, NSL Infratech Pvt Ltd.
