Deepthi and Kiran Gubba

Deepthi currently is a Chief Growth Officer at Gubba Cold Storage. She has 11 years of experience in the Indian Seed Industry. She began her career as a content developer for Gubba Seed News and gradually took over HR, Branding and communications, Customer care, Quality assurance & Research & development operations of the organization.In addition to focusing on providing quality, research-oriented, and technology-aided output to Indian agriculture, she is also working on her dream of creating a women-run cold storage in India.

Deepthi is passionate about girl education, health, and agriculture. Her philanthropic activities include conducting blood donation camps for thalassemic children and volunteering as a schoolteacher.

Gubba Kiran is the CEO of Gubba cold storage, one of India’s biggest cold storage companies. Additionally, he has been instrumental in educating pharmaceutical companies regarding the importance of preserving Gubba’s critical products. Through his study of ontology, he is inspired to make a difference in the lives of others.
